9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Btv9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) may be declared dormant.
• Upon request from law enforcement authorities.

If an account is closed and a valid balance exists with no evidence of a Terms violation, the funds will be returned after verification is complete. Bonus balances will not be refunded under any circumstances.
